Favorite part of the job: 

I love getting to connect with families and helping them find the resources they are looking for. I am the first contact person for families and I take this responsibility seriously. I do my best to make sure every person that calls our office is heard and leaves the conversation with helpful information to guide their next steps. I have made wonderful connections with our clients and families, it is truly my favorite part of the job.

Past experience:

I have an Associate’s in Business Management from Sullivan University. I am currently working on a Bachelor’s in Psychology. I have experience working as a pre-K teacher and also in a supervisor role at UPS. I learned the importance of consistency and kindness while in those roles, which I use daily to ensure a good experience for our families.

Family & free time:

I spend my free time with my husband, our 2 dogs and our cat, Moo. I enjoy oil painting, listening to podcasts, baking, knitting and spending time in nature. I also love going to comedy shows, plays and thrift shopping whenever I can.
