Favorite part of the job:

Assessment and therapy are tools that if utilized correctly and fully, can be transformative for so many. I am honored to be given the opportunity to work with others by utilizing assessment and therapy, and helping them find the path that they want to be on. It is important for individuals to explore and better know themselves, so they are able to thrive and prosper in their lives.

Past experience:

I graduated with my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville. I have clinical experience working in community mental health and private practice, where I have been practicing assessment and psychotherapy services with children, teens and adults. I have experience working with individuals in individual therapy, group therapy and family therapy. I also have completed training for EMDR, which I have utilized with children, teens and adults who are experiencing symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, and depression. I also have experience working with individuals that exhibit symptoms of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, learning disorders, oppositional and conduct problems, and substance abuse.
